Warped in Reverse—warping back to Vans Warped Tour 2017, featuring Counterparts. Series #7
Counterparts was one of the many Hardcore favorite bands last year on The 2017 Van’s Warped Tour. Taking part on the Monster Energy Stage sponsored by Monster, they made it a point to give their best performance possible in the late evening at the Hard Rock Hotel Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
These Canadian boys are no stranger for going crazy on stage getting lost in the music. Vocalist Brendan Murphy, along with the rest of the guys in the band, go crazy on stage almost knocking over mic stands and using all the space they have, keeping the audience engaged. They are known for having various special guest come up on stage to lead songs in throughout the set. Murphy is also known for always interacting with the crowd making sure everyone is going mad. Blake Hardman (Lead Guitar), led the rest of the band members Adrian Lee (Guitar), Kyle Brownlee (Drums), and Tyler Williams.
Counterparts recently got off a huge U.S. and Canadian tour with their long-time friends in Emmure. These guys have already made a huge name for them selves in the Hardcore scene and had everyone wired up, talking about theirs and Emmure’s co-headlining national tour. At the moment the guys are taking a short break but will be heading to London at the end of the month to headline the Upsurge Festival.
